This paper discusses the application of software Mltisim7 to the teaching and studying of the course of Digital Logic Circuits. The effects indicate that it is the suitable way by combining the theoretical teaching with the simulation experiments by students themselves and it can over come the shortcoming of the traditional procedure of teaching. (The main problem in this text is the simulation to the counter of Digital Logic Circuits).
