不同配比的头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠体外抗菌活性评价 被引量:5

In-vitro antibacterial activity of different formulations of cefoperazone sodium/sulbacam sodium

摘要 目的探讨不同配比的头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠(4∶1、2∶1、1∶1)及单纯头孢哌酮钠对临床分离常见致病菌的体外抗菌作用,评价其组方的合理性,选出最佳的组合方案。方法采用连续试管稀释法,测定不同配比药物对所选菌种的最小抑菌浓度(MIC),采用琼脂平板法测定最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠复方制剂对铜绿假单胞杆菌,大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,无论是标准菌株还是临床分离的菌株,其MIC及MBC均明显低于单纯的头孢哌酮钠,具有良好的协同作用。结论研究结果表明头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠复方制剂的抗菌活性明显优于单纯头孢哌酮钠。且在头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠复方制剂中,当头孢哌酮钠的量一定时,增加舒巴坦钠的量对抗菌活性有一定的增强作用,在本次研究的4种配比中1∶1复方的抗菌效果最佳。头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠复方制剂值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective To evaluate the in-vitro antibacterial effect of different proportionment of cefoperazone sodium/sulbacam sodium(1 ∶ 0,4 ∶ 1,2 ∶ 1,1 ∶ 1) against common clinical isolates,so as to select the best ratio of cefoperazone and sulbactam in this compound. Methods The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) to the bacterial isolated from clinical department was measured by test tube dilution method. Used agar medium method to make the minimal bactericidal concentrations(MBC).Results The MIC and MBC of cefoperazone sodium/sulbactam sodium to pseudomona aeruginosa,escherichia coli and stophylococcus aureus,which were used with both standard bacterium and separate bacterium,were lower than that of only cefoperazone sodium.Conclusion The research result shows the antibacterial active of cefoperazone sodium/sulbactam sodium is better than that of cefoperazone sodium,it’s worth to extenting and useing.Under the same dosage of cefoperazone,the antibacterial active will boost up with increasing the dose of sulbactam sodium.
