摘要
目的采用HPLC测定痰咳净片中甘草酸和咖啡因的含量。方法色谱条件:Aichrom-Bond-AQC18(4·6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相分别为甲醇-0·2mol/L醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(65:34:1)、(33:66:1);流速为1·0ml/min;柱温为30℃,检测波长分别为250、273nm。结果甘草酸在72·9~2915·0μg范围里呈良好的线性关系,咖啡因在100·2~2003·2μg范围里呈良好的线性关系;甘草酸、咖啡因的平均回收率分别为99·06%、101·09%。结论方法简便准确、重复性好,可作于痰咳净片的质量控制。
Objective Determination of glycyrrhizine and caffeine in Tankejing Tablets by HPLC.Methods The separation was performed on AichromBond-AQC18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was carbinol-0.2 mol/LNH4Ac-CH3COOH(65:34:1),(33:66:1)with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,the column temperature was 30℃ and the detection wavelength was 250,273 nm.Results The linear range of glycyrrhizine was 72.9-291 5.0 μg,The linear range of cafeine was 100.2-2 003.2 μg;the average recovery of glycyrrhizine was 99.06%,the average recovery of caffeine was 101.09%.Conclusion The method is simple,reproducible.It can be used for quality control of Tankejing Tablets.
