摘要
目的为了探讨呼吸机在治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭中的应用。方法回顾性总结了2005～2007年间经呼吸机治疗的102例新生儿呼吸衰竭的临床情况并进行对比研究。结果102例呼吸衰竭新生儿经治疗后显效32例,有效51例,无效19例,总有效率为81.1%。总的存活率为61.49%。结论呼吸机的使用大大降低了新生儿呼吸衰竭的病死率。
Objective To analysis the effects and complication of the treatment of neonatal respiratory failure by respirators.Methods A retrospective summary of the clinical treatment of 102 cases of neonatal re- spiratory failure between 2005-2007.Results Among the102 cases,32 cases have obvious good effect,51 cases have effective results,19 cases are ineffective,and the total efficiency is 81.1%.The overall survival rate is 61.49%.Conclusion The use of respiratory machine greatly reduces the mortality of neonatal respiratory fail- ure.
