摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定众生丸中芍药苷含量的方法。方法分析柱为Allti-ma-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液-醋酸-异丙醇(67∶173∶4∶4),流速1.0ml/min,检测波长230nm,柱温35℃。结果芍药苷在10.8~108.0μ/ml浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997)。平均加样回收率为100.37%,RSD为1.00%(n=9)。结论该方法操作简便、快捷,结果准确,可用于众生丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determination of paeoniflorin in Zhongsheng Pills by RP-HPLC.Methods The column was Alltima-C18(250×4.6 mm,5 μm).Methanol-0.05 mol/L phosphoric acid solution-acetic acid-isopropanol(67∶173∶4∶4)was used as the mobile phase,and detected at a wavelength of 230 nm.Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was 10.8~108.0 μg/ml(r=0.999 7)respectively.The average recovery was 100.37%,RSD=1.00%(n=9).Conclusion This method was found to be simple,quick and accurate for the determination of paeoniflorin in Zhongsheng Pills.
