高效液相色谱法测定槐榆丸中芦丁含量的研究

Determination of Baicalin in WeiReShu pill by RP-HPLC

目的建立以高效液相色谱(HPLC)法快速测定槐榆丸中芦丁含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil-C18,流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液(42∶58),检测波长为358nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果芦丁线性范围为115.2～1152ng(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.16%(RSD=0.54%)。结论方法简便、快速、分离度好、结果稳定,可用于槐榆丸的质量控制。

Objective To establish HPLC method for the rapid determination of Rutin in HuaiYu pill.Methods The separation was performed on Kromasil-C18 column with methanol:1% acetic acid(52∶48) as a mobile phase,wavelength of DAD detector at 358 nm,the velocity of flow was 1.0 ml/min.Results The linear range of Rutin was within 115.2 ~ 1 152 ng(r= 0.999 9).The average recovery of Rutin was 98.16%(RSD=0.54%).Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and capable of producing good separation results.It can be applied to the quality control of HuaiYu pill.
