健美夏令营在儿童单纯性肥胖症治疗中的作用

Effects of the summer camp of reducing fat on the treatment in simple obesity children

目的探讨健美夏令营在治疗儿童肥胖症中的作用。方法采用集中管理、饮食、运动、教育等方法比较减肥前后体重、身高、血压、心率及生化指标的改变。结果减肥后体重明显减轻,生化指标得到改善。结论举办健美夏令营是治疗儿童肥胖症的切实有效可行的方法。

Objective To explore the effects of the summer camp of reducing fat on the treatment in obesity children.Methods The changes of body weighty,height,blood pressure,heart rates and biochemical targets were compared by using the centralized management,the diet,the movement,education and so on around reducing fat method.Results It was the apparent loss of body weight after reducing fat,the biochemical targets were improved.Conclusion The summer camp of reducing fat is a practical effective feasible method to treat obesity children.
