阶梯式治疗变应性鼻炎的初步探讨

Clinical observation on a stepwise therapeutic approach in patients with allergic rhinitis

目的探讨阶梯式治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的方法和疗效。方法选择AR患者38例,使用丙酸氟替卡松(FP)、盐酸西替利嗪(CTZ)进行阶梯式治疗,比较治疗前后症状、体征积分的变化。结果AR患者治疗前后症状、体征总积分差异有统计学意义(10.28±2.01,3.49±2.32,P<0.001);显效26例,有效9例,无效3例,总有效率92.11%(35/38)。无严重并发症发生。结论阶梯式治疗AR疗效显著,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To detect the effect and technique of a stepwise therapeutic approach for allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods 38 patients with AR were selected to received a stepwise therapy,which including the combing using of the fluticasone propionate(FP)and cetirizine (CTZ).The scores of changing nasal symptoms and physical examination every week were evaluated and compared.Results The mean total nasal symptom score and physical examination scores (maximum 14) were significantly higher than that after treating for one year (10.25±1.95 vs.3.53±2.30,P<0.001).The overall effective (excellent/good) rate was 92.11% (35/38).No serious adverse events occurred.Conclusion The stepwise therapeutic approach is highly effective for treating patients with AR.
