经尿道等离子体电切术联合疝无张力修补术治疗高龄前列腺增生并腹股沟疝

Treatment of elder benign prostatic hyperplasia and inguinal hernia with transurethral plasmakinetic vaporization of prostat plus non-tensility hernia neoplasty

目的探讨经尿道等离子体双极电切术(TUPKVP)联合疝无张力修补术治疗高龄前列腺增生症(BPH)并腹股沟疝的疗效。方法先行TUPKVP术。再同期行疝修补术:用花瓣状网塞填充疝环口,用片状补片加强腹股沟管后壁。结果术中安全、术后效果满意,具有创伤小、恢复快、拔出尿管后排尿顺畅、腹股沟区无紧缩感、疼痛轻等优点;随访3个月～4年无严重术后并发症及疝复发的优点。结论TUPKVP术联合疝无张力修补术一期治疗高龄BPH并腹股沟疝效果良好,尤其对合并其他内科疾病的患者更具有优越性和实用性。

Objective To study the results of transurethral double pole plasmakinetic vaporization of the prostate plus non-tensity hernia neoplasty in the treatment of elder benign prostatic hvperplasia and inguinal hernia.Methods The TUPKVP was done first.Subsequently the non-tensity hernia neoplasty was done in same stage.The defect of hernia ring was filled by a petal plug and post-wall of inguinal cannal was enhanced by a mesh.Results The patient was safe in the operation.The patient's urination was smooth after removing urinary catheter.The recent period efficacy was satisfaction.The wound healing was good.No postoperative complications and relapsing hernia were found.Conclusion This procedure has ninny advantages which are minor trauma, prompt recover and less postoperative complications.TUPKVP and non-tensity hernia neoplasty can be performed in one stage for prostatic hyperplasia associated with inguinal hernia,especially in the elderly and other medical concomitant disease.
