摘要
电子病历是目前医院信息化建设的一个热点项目,其中有两个重要的原因:其一是医院各项信息化都已经达到一定的高度,HIS、LIS、PACS等系统基本都已经实施完成;其二医院的HIS、LIS、PACS信息还散落在各个不同的系统中,临床对于以病人为中心,统一病人相关所有临床数据的要求日益迫切。本文将以本院建设的成功案例为蓝本,着重介绍电子病历的集成和结构化问题。
Now electronic medical record(EMR)has been a hot field in hospital information system application.There exist two important reasons:first,hospital information system has reached so far that most projects like HIS,LIS and PACS etc have been implemented;second,these projects are separated one from another with independent state,so the need for taking the patient as core and uniting full clinic data from these projects is every active.In this paper,the integration and structure of EMR will be present based on EMR application practice at our hospital.
