本文依托医院网络系统数据资源,依据医院管理者对运营绩效评价的内容需求,探索出一套“数字化医院网络条件下运营绩效评估方法”,旨在充分发挥网络信息资源在医院运营管理决策中的支持作用,为建立科学高效的运营绩效考核评估机制,提供客观、量化、准确、真实的数据。

For the purpose of supporting the hospital decision making by the administrators,a Management Perfor-mance Appraisal System has been designed and applied. By utilizing and integrating the information networks resources,this system will provide objective,quantitative,accurate and true data with the management decision makers to establish a scientific and effective system to appraise the hospital management performance in digital hospitals
