本文从门诊医生工作站、住院医生工作站、病区护士工作站、移动医护工作站、医学影像系统(PACS)、实验室信息系统(LIS)、心电图信息系统、麻醉临床信息系统、重症监护临床信息系统和临床用药系统等10个方面介绍了“临床信息系统”,作者认为临床信息系统发展的最高阶段是实现具有完整临床信息的电子病历。

This article defined the basic concept of clinical information system first,and introduced the typical applica-tions of clinical information system in ten aspects of clinic doctor workstation,ward doctor workstation,ward nursing workstation,mobile doctor workstation,picture archiving and communication system(PACS),laboratory information system (LIS),electrocardiogram information system,anaesthesia clinical information system,intensive care unit(ICU) clinical information system and clinical medication system,and so on. Then the article carried on the analysis of the trend of the clinical information system,and pointed out that the trend of the clinical information system is characteristically-special-ized system,information system integration platform and electronic medical record with the integrated information system.
