As the important supporting system to emergency information system, the electronic prescription has shown many advantages compare with the former handwritten prescriptions. It would meet the demands of the hospital information construction in China. But there are still many problems in security technology and Legal affairs. This article analyses the situation of current electronic prescription application, and gives the exploration and suggestion on how to solve the problems.
