区域医疗网络案例研究——美国佛罗里达州健康信息网络素描

Case Study of Regional Health Information Networks-Sketch of Florida Integrated Health Information Systems

介绍了美国佛罗里达州卫生局(FDOH)建立区域医疗网络项目的概况和进展,着重探讨了项目架构和解决标准统一问题。佛州卫生局在考虑到各地方不同的医疗卫生状况后选用了"混合式"的架构,以企业级应用集成(Enterprise Appli- cation Integration,EAI)技术为基础实现区域医疗信息的共享。同时针对各地医院采用的信息系统差异很大、数据缺乏统一标准的情况,佛州卫生局引入"集成代理"的方案以很低的成本解决了统一标准问题。佛州卫生局建立RHIO(Regional Health Information Organization)的实践对于我国的RHIO建设具有很高的参考价值。

This article introduces the project of Regional Health Information Networks(RHIN)built by Florida Depart- ment of Health(FDOH),State of Florida,US.It mainly discusses the infrastructure of the project and interoperability solutions.Considering of the different medical condition in different areas,FDOH selected the'complex architecture'to deploy regional health information sharing system with Enterprise Application Integration(EAI)technology.Since the information systems implemented in the hospitals in different areas were different,and data standards were also different. FDOH implemented the cost-effective'Cloverleaf Integration'Solution to standardize information formats.Regional Health Information Organization(RHIO)deployed by FDOH would be the excellent reference to the construction of RHIO in China.
