中国和日本医院信息系统的应用现状及比较

Hospital Information System Application Status and Comparison on between China and Japan

通过对中国和日本的医院信息系统的发展过程和应用现状的调查研究,显示了中国的医院信息系统近几年进入快速发展时期,日本虽然各个医院信息系统项目的应用率相对较高,但是仍处于持续发展阶段。在医院信息系统的评价方面,日本较中国是比较低的,这个也许是日本在长时间应用信息系统过程中出现了许多难以预料的问题所造成的。

An investigation has been made on HIS application processes and current status both in China and Japan.The result from it indicated that the development of HIS application in China has been expanded rapidly in recently years.Although the application rate in Japanese hospitals is higher than Chinese Hospitals, most of them are in the development stage. Evaluated the systems which applyed in Chinese and Japanese Hospitals, the level Japanese is relative lower. It might be caused by many unpredictable problems for Japan in long-term information system application.
