摘要
早期的HIS只是对医院传统就诊模式的计算机化,没有从患者就诊方便和优化医院管理的角度来设计。门诊充值一卡通集电子身份证、门诊电子病历和电子货币功能于一身,简化病人的就医流程,彻底解决了长期困扰医院门诊的"三长一短"问题。
In the early period, HIS system was designed to follow the traditional hospital business mode of hospital, it neglected the convenience of patient encounter and hospital management. An out-patient all-in-one system has been developed which will collect electronics patient ID, electronics medical records and the prepaid card functions in one smart card. It would simplify the processes of out-patient encounter and solve the problems of out-patient for long time waiting in registration, payment and medical care.
