亚健康状态是现代临床所面对的重要问题。作者通过从替代医疗到统合医学、从汉方医学到中医学、从医疗到全方位健康管理、从对症辨证到个体特性、从亚健康研究到建设新的健康科学体系5个方面,探讨了日本亚健康状态的临床与中医学相关的研究。

Sub-health is a key issue faced by contemporary medicine.The author tries to discuss Japanese clinical treatment of sub-health relative to Chinese medicine from five aspects as follows:from alternative medicine to integrated medicine,from han-formula medicine(Japanese reference to Chinese medicine) to Chinese medicine,from medical treatment to all-dimensional health management,from differentiation of syndrome to individual differentiation,from sub-health studies to construction of a new health system.
