微囊藻毒素分析方法的优化
Optimization of Analysis Methods for Microcystin
摘要
对检测仪器和前处理相关条件进行了调整,使微囊藻毒素原有的分析方法得到优化,采用调整后的分析方法可使基线平缓,色谱峰形尖锐,LR与RR能够实现彻底分离,杂质干扰得到有效控制,分析时间缩短且回收率提高,达到了预期的效果。
