供水管网“有色水”问题的分析与控制措施 被引量:1

摘要 城市供水管网中出现的"有色水"是化学不稳定的出厂水与金属管道长时间直接接触,导致金属管道腐蚀并释放腐蚀产物而形成的。控制"有色水"必须抑制水与管道之间的相互作用,主要途径有改造水处理工艺提高出厂水的化学稳定性,降低其腐蚀性;避免金属管道裸露与水直接接触;优化管网水力工况条件,降低水在管道内的停留时间,消除死水区域。工程实践证明,上述方法能够有效控制供水管网中的"有色水"问题。 Colored water in water distribution network is the result of long time direct contact of chemically unstable treated water out of plant with mineral pipeline,it will lead corrosion and release corrosive matters.Controlling colored water will firstly restrain the interaction of water and pipeline.Main methods for innovation include improving chemical stability of treated water,reducing its corrosion,avoiding direct contact of water with naked pipeline,optimization of operation in network,reducing the retention time in network,getting rid of stagnant water area.The results show that this method will control co-lored water effectively.
