摘要
通过扫描电镜对生物活性炭(BAC)滤池内不同深度的微生物进行了观察分析,并对生长在活性炭滤料上的生物膜进行了分离培养,了解了炭滤池内微生物的分布情况和生长的优势品种。笔者认为,经过臭氧接触池处理后,在生物活性炭滤池里的炭粒表面存在大量的微生物,为避免其对出厂水的影响,对炭滤池出水的消毒处理非常重要。
Microorganisms at different depths of biological active carbon(BAC)filter were investigated by scanning electron microscope.Biological membrane on the BAC media was isolated and cultivated to introduce the distribution,growth and superior species of microorganisms.After treatment in O3 contact tank,large amount of microorgamism exists on carbon surface of the BAC fillter.It's very important to di-sinfect the effluent from the BAC filter in order to minize the disturbance on treated water quality.
