阴离子型PAM在水厂污泥脱水中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 以污泥比阻、离心液体积和离心液浊度作为污泥脱水性能的比较依据,研究了阴离子型PAM AN934PWG对污泥脱水性能的影响。结果表明:阴离子型PAM能有效改善污泥的脱水性能,且投加量较阳离子型PAM低,可作为污泥脱水首选药剂;阴离子型PAM存在一个最佳投加量范围,超过最佳值时,污泥脱水性能反而下降;在测量污泥比阻和离心液体积时得到的PAM最佳投量范围比较一致,可用离心液体积来快速确定PAM最佳投加量。 Effect of anionic PAM AN934PWG on sludge dewatering was studied on the basis of sludge specific resistance,volume and turbidity of centrifuged water.The results show that anionic PAM can significantly improve the performance of sludge dewatering,the dosage of anionic PAM is lower than cationic one,and it can be the first choice for sludge dewatering.An optimal dosage exists for anionic PAM in sludge conditioning.Performance of sludge dewatering will decline when the dosage of anionic PAM exceeds the optimum.The optimal dosage of anionic PAM obtained from the measurement of sludge specific resistance is similar to its dosage determined by the volume of centrifuged water,which is quick way to define an optimal dosage of PAM.
