利用HPLC-MS研究高锰酸钾对水中MC-LR的降解作用

摘要 采用液相色谱串联质谱(HPLC-MS)的检测方法,研究了高锰酸钾对MC-LR降解作用.结果表明,HPLC-MS方法可靠,灵敏度高,在5~500 mg/L范围内,MC-LR浓度与HPLC-MS峰面积呈线性关系,相关系数R2为0.999 3;在常规的氧化剂投加量和反应时间条件下,高锰酸钾对MC-LR表现出良好的降解作用,降解反应符合一级动力学模式;通过分析质谱扫描图,确定了降解产物的分子量,并进一步探讨了MC-LR的氧化降解机理. Potassium permanganate was selected in the study, and HPLC-MS (high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry) method was used for the research on degradation of MC-LR by potassium permangnate. The results indicated that HPLC-MS was reliable and sensitive. It was found there was a linear relationship between concentration of MC-LR and peak area held in the range of 5~500 μg/L on the calibration curves, and correlation coefficient R2 was 0.999 3. MC-LR was degraded rapidly with potassium permanganate, the degradation reaction accorded with the mode of first-order kinetics under conventional oxidant dosage and reaction time. Molecular weight of degradation pro-duct was determined through analyzing full-scan mass spectrum of MC-LR and the oxidative degradation mechanism of MC-LR was further discussed.
