摘要
对普通快滤池和V型滤池在过滤效果、反冲洗、池表面负荷等方面的优缺点做了较详细的阐述,分析了V型滤池在性能上优于普通快滤池的原因。提出待滤水浊度和温度是影响滤池过滤效果的主要因素;V型滤池对浊度的去除效果优于普通快滤池;将快滤池的水反冲洗改为气水反冲洗是节能降耗的重要措施;快滤池在超表面负荷的情况下仍能稳定运行,但必须对其处理极限进行研究。
Advantages and disadvantages of filtration effects, backwash and surface load of conventional rapid filter and V-filter were compared, the reason that V-filter was superior to conventional rapid filter was analyzed. It is noticed that turbidity and temperature of water to be filtered are the main factors influencing efficiency of filtration. It is an important step for energy and water saving to change single water backwash into combined air and water backwash. Rapid filter can still be in stable operation even if incoming flow exceeds filter’s designed surface load, but filter’s maximum treatment load should be further investigated.
