Innovative National Construction of China and the Development Objectives for University Student Quality

建设创新型国家是我们的国策,面对世界性竞争与和谐发展的主题,中国大学生的素质如何将直接影响产业、职业和社会生活。实施大学素质教育是我国大学的一项基本任务,但是素质教育的模式已不适应当代大学生的素质发展目标,新的素质发展目标应是以“权衡沉思”为核心的创新。这一发展目标需要将传统的素质教育和专业教育整合起来,实现基础素质和专业素质的统一。

Constructing innovative country is a national policy in China.The quality of university students will affect industry,profession and social life in face of worldwide competition and harmonious development.Quality education is a basic mission for universities in China,but the traditional pattern can no longer fulfill the quality development objectives for present-day students.The new objective of quality development should be innovation around “balance and thought”,combining quality education with professional education to achieve union between basic quality and professional quality.
