摘要
由于锅炉过热汽温广义被控对象动态特性具有时变性,本文采用了一种增益模糊自整定神经元PID控制方法,以蒸汽温度调节过程为背景进行仿真实验研究。结果表明,该方法设计简单,能对具有大滞后特性的工业对象进行有效控制,具有较强的鲁棒性和抗干扰性能,并明显优于常规PID串级控制的性能。
Because the boiler steam-gas generalized controlled object dynamic characteristic is provided with variety, this design adopts a fuzzy self-tuning plus neural PID control, we use the adjust process of steam temperature as background to making a emulational research, the result shows that, this simple design arithmetic can treat well with the industry object which has a obvious lag tache, in addition, it also has a strong robustness and anti-interference, so its performance is more better than the routine PID series control.
