摘要
介绍了一种以MICRO CHIP公司DSPIC30F4011芯片为控制核心的异步电动机软起动控制与保护系统,分析了该系统的工作原理、硬件配置与软件设计方法。在电机起动与运行过程中利用芯片对常见电机缺相、过载故障进行循环检测,保护电机.实验软起动控制系统起动平稳,解决了电机起动时的电流冲击问题。
In this paper, the controlling and protective system for motor’s soft starting based on MICRO CHIP DSPIC30F4011 chip was introduced; the working principle, hardware structure and software designing were analyzed; during the process of startup and running of electromotor, the single microcomputer is detecting the trouble of phase lacked and overload to the electrometer. This soft-starting controlling system with features of smooth starting without impulse current was proved by experiment.
