摘要
本文介绍了一种高速直流无槽永磁电机。在研制过程中采用电磁场分析优化技术,解决了电机的换向问题。并对电机的效率、散热和通风问题进行了分析。通过试验数据和设计分析结果的比较,验证了设计和分析的正确性,为类似电机的设计提供了有效的参考。
A high-speed DC slotless PM motor was introduced in this paper. Commutation problem of the motor was solved by using Electromagnetic field analysis optimum technique during the process of research and experimentation. In the paper efficiency and cooling problem of the motor are also analysed. The correctness of design and analysis is validated by the test results. It is effective reference for the similar motor design.
