摘要
通过对铁泥中铁粉、铁离子及镁离子有效分离,铁粉及镁离子可以回至生产系统中循环使用,处理后的铁泥铁含量能明显提高,增加了其利用的可能性.该方法的工艺过程为将铁泥打浆,先除去未反应的铁粉,再与适量的稀硫酸在高于70℃条件下反应,最终反应的pH值控制在6.7~7.
An effective method has been used to separate the iron powder,iron ions and magnesium ions in the iron mud.Iron powder and magnesium ions can be recycling used back to the production system.Through this method,iron content in the iron mud was obviously improved.The technical process was beating to the iron mud,and removed the unreacted iron powder,then reacted with appropriate dilute sulfuric acid.The reaction temperature was above 70℃,and the pH value was between 6.7~7.
