摘要 Folin酚试剂与姜辣素中的酚基可发生蓝色显色反应。以香草醛为标准样品,用均匀设计法安排实验,考察了Folin酚法测定姜辣素含量的实验中各实验条件对显色反应的影响。以工作曲线的线性相关系数R作为判据,在680nm的条件下进行光度测量,得到了最优条件,在此条件下制作的工作曲线线性相关系数为0.99989。用此工作曲线测定姜辣素的含量,所得结果重现性良好。该法操作简便,准确度高,可用于产品定量检测。 Gingerol can react with Lowry and form a blue colored complex which having its absorption maximum at 680nm.At here,uniform design method was used in experiments,and the major influencing factors were researched.By regarding vanillic aldehyde as standard product,and regarding the linear coefficient correlation of standard curve as result,the optimum conditions were determined by using spectrophotometer.Under these conditions,the linear coefficient correlation of standard curve got from experiment was 0.99989.This method for determining the content of gingerols was precise,simple and speedy.
