摘要
介绍了利用高效液相色谱法测定D-泛酸钙含量,采用ODS柱为分离柱,乙腈和0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾水溶液比例为10:90(体积比)。方法简便、快速、分离条件好,回收率高、重现性良好。
A method to analyse the content of D-calcium pantothenate by high performance liquid chromatography was introduced.The analytical column was ODS,the mobile phase was acetonitrile and potassium dihydrogen phosphate aqueous solution(0.02mol/L),and V(acetonitrile):V(potassium dihydrogen phosphate aqueous solution)=10:90.The method was simple and quickly,and had an good effect of separation and reappearance,high rate of recovery.
