摘要
采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定污泥中的镉及其化合物,线性范围为0.05~1.00 mg/L,标准工作曲线为A=0.390c, 相关系数r=0.9999,镉的加标回收率95.2%~95.7%,测定结果的相对标准偏差1.30%~1.40%.
Cadmium in mud was directly determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The linear range was 0.05~1.00 mg/L,the linear regression equation was A=0.390c,the correlation coefficient was 0.9999,the recovery is 95.2%~95.7%,the RSD was 1.30%~1.40%.
