摘要
草甘膦生产线的真空系统对生产影响较大,原有的系统存在配置不合理,易倒水,用水量大,排放的酸性水量大,现场环境差,腐蚀严重,检修频繁、不便,系统漏点多,真空度低等问题,通过改造,解决了以上问题,经济和环境效益显著。
The vacuum system of the glyphosate product line influences the production all the time.By the system improving,solved the problems of unreasonable configuring of the equipments,often water flow-backwards,large amount of acid water discharge,polluted environment on the site,serious eroding,frequent and inconvenient repair,lots of leaking of the system,and low vacuum degree etc.The economic and environmental benefit is obvious by the solving of the above problems.
