摘要
采用气相色谱测定海水中的二丁基锡和三丁基锡化合物,利用均匀设计实验法安排两种有机锡化合物检测条件的优化实验,采用计算机拟合技术求出峰面积和程序升温的初始温度、终止温度以及载气流速之间的关系的数学模型,进而确定最佳的色谱条件为:初始温度为74℃,终止温度为190℃,载气流速为52 mL/min。
The analytical method of dibutyltin(DBT) and tributyltin(TBT) in the sea water by GC with FPD detector was described.The experiment that was arranged by uniform design optimized the conditions of GC for the two kinds of butyltin.The relations between the apex area,initial temperature,finally temperature and flow-rate of carrying gas were described computer pattern recognition technology(CRT),the conclusion is that the first temperature is 74℃,the last temperature is 190℃ and the flow rate of carrying gas is 52 mL/min.
