摘要
综述了近四年国内草酸和钙离子的常用测定方法。其中,草酸的测定方法有滴定法、色谱法、荧光法等。钙离子的测定则有滴定法,伏安法,光谱法,离子色谱法等不同方法。其中,传统的滴定法廉价、重复性好,但灵敏度低,适合测定草酸或钙含量较高的样品。而光谱法和离子色谱法等准确度高,可避免有机物干扰,可用于微量草酸或微量钙的测定,但仪器昂贵。如何降低成本、提高灵敏度将是相关研究的一项重要任务。
A comprehensive review is given about the determination of oxalic acid and calcium.The determinations of oxalic acid are aqueous titration,chromatography,fluorimetric method,et al.The different determinations of calcium are aqueous titration,voltammetry,optical spectrographic method,ion chromatography,et al.And,the traditional aqueous titration is cheapness,good of repeatability,but low intensity.It fits to determine high oxalic acid or calcium content sample.The optical spectrographic method,chromatography and so on have high accuracy,which can avoid the interfer of organic compounds and fit to determine low oxalic acid or calcium content samples.But the equipments are expensive.The relative research will focus on how to lower the cost and to enhance intensity.
