Review of the Investigation and Application of Chitin

甲壳素是自然界中唯一的碱性多糖,有良好的生物相容性和生物降解性。本文综述甲壳素化学研究与开发应用,着重围绕甲壳素化学结构与物化性质以及甲壳低聚糖、壳聚糖和其衍生物应用进行评论。

Chitin is the only basic amylose in nature and has excellent properties of biocompatibility and biodegradability.In this paper,the investigation and application of chitin,especially the application of chitosan and its derivatives are reviewed.
