An Initial Study on the Development of the Local Mines

根据地方煤炭行业现状,提出地方煤矿应结合下组煤的开发,进行宏观的科学规划、整合重组,走集约化经营之路。认为地方煤矿应"以人为本",遵循"管理、装备、培训"三并重原则,建设重组高产高效、高标准的安全质量标准化矿井。

According to present status of local mine industry, the paper puts forward that local mines should carries on scientific planning, conformity and recombining in line with the development of lower coal. Local mines should persists in human-oriented view, lays equal stress on the management, equipment and training, constructs a mine with the characteristic of high-product and high-effective.
