Comparing with the traditional accounting, network accounting exhibits new characteristics and advantages in so many aspects, such as structure, capability and so on. But there are some problems in the aspect of the security and the truth of accounting information. All these new characteristics and problems of network accounting are analyzed in this paper. And, the methods to solute the corresponding problems are also developed.
