摘要
为更好地利用粉煤灰作为主要原料制备堇青石微晶玻璃,准确掌握堇青石的形成过程,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)测定了不同温度条件下材料的物相组成,采用电子探针(EPMA)技术观察了材料的显微结构,通过对比分析找出了堇青石形成规律,证实堇青石并非由原料发生固相反应直接生成,而是在1250℃~1300℃从熔融玻璃液相中富Mg区域析出。
For better making glass-ceramics by making use of fly ash and accurately grasping the formation cause of cordierite, through carrying on a determination of phase composite of material at different temperature by XRD and observing microstructure of material by EPMA,the cause of formation of cordierite is find out. The result shows : cordierite does not take place by solid phase response of raw materials, but precipitates from rich magnesium area of melted glass fluid phase at 1 250 ℃~1 300℃.
