摘要 生物合成有机高分子材料因具有生物可降解性、生物相容性、光学性能和易加工成型等优良性质受到人们的广泛关注。综述了聚-3-羟基丁酸酯(PHB)、聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)、ε-聚赖氨酸(ε-PL)和聚苹果酸(PMLA)等微生物合成高分子材料的分子结构、性能、研究进展以及它们在包装、餐饮业、农业及医药领域的应用前景。 Biosynthesis macromolecule material is a kind of high molecular polymer synthesized by microorganism ferment. These materials are already known as good biological compatibility,biodegradable,optical capability,easy process and so on,and they have extensive applications in material field. In this article the molecule structure,bio-capabilit,research development of PHB、PHA、ε-PL、PMLA are overviewed and the applications of those materials in fields of package, food, agriculture and medicine also introduced.
