摘要 以锐钛矿型TiO2为光催化剂,高压汞灯为光源对实际焦化废水进行了光催化降解的研究,主要探讨了TiO2用量、通入空气量、光照时间、溶液初始pH值和H2O2与处理水体积比等因素对焦化废水COD去除率和脱色率的影响,从而确定处理的最佳条件。结果表明:TiO2光催化氧化对焦化废水CODCr和色度具有显著的去除效果,最佳实验条件为:TiO2用量0.8g.L-1,鼓入空气量0.25m3.h-1,紫外灯光照时间1.5h,溶液pH=10,外加氧化剂H2O2与焦化废水的体积比为0.3。 Photocatalysis degration of coking wastewater was studied by using the anatase TiO2 as photocatalyst and high-pressure mercury tamp as light source in the paper. The effects of factors such as the amount of TiO2,the volume of air,the time,the initial pH value of solution and the rate of volume on the removal rate of CODCr and chroma for coking wastewater were discussed. The results showed that the optimum conditions were determined ad follows: amount of TiO2 is 0.8 g·L-1,the volume of air is 0.25 m3·h-1,the irradiation time is 1.5 h,initial pH value is about 10 and the rate of volume is 0.3. Photocatalutic oxidation process as defective for the decolorization and CODCr removal of coking wastewater.
