摘要 介绍了用碳铵法分解西藏硼镁矿制取硼酸的工艺,分别进行了配料比、反应温度、反应时间的影响实验,在此基础上进行了全流程实验,提出了该工艺的最佳条件为:氨硼摩尔比1.2~1.6,液固比2.2~2.4,反应温度110~120℃。B2O3的平均收率达79%以上,产品纯度达到GB538-82指标。 The method using ammonium bicarbonate to produce boric acid with magnesium and boron mineral in Tibet was introduced in this short paper,for which some experiments were performed to determine the ratio of fodder confect,the reaction temperature and reaction time.The optimum process conditions were proposed,including the ratio 1.2~1.6 of ammonia to boron,2.2~2.4 of liquid to solid and 110~120 ℃ reaction temperature.As the result,the average recovery of B2O3 was above 79% and its purity achieved GB538-82.
