摘要
以羊草为实验材料,用不同浓度NaCl进行胁迫处理.结果表明,NaCl胁迫下,羊草可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白含量的变化恰好相反,过氧化物酶(POD)活性随胁迫时间的延长逐渐降低,丙二醛(MDA)含量则呈现先升高后下降的趋势.不同胁迫浓度处理下,各种生理指标随时间的变化情况分别用折线图表示.生理特性的变化表明羊草具有一定的耐盐性,是研究植物耐盐分子机制的好材料.
Leymus chinensis was subjected to stress with different concentrations NaCl as experiment material. The results showed that under the NaCl stress, the changes of soluble sugar and soluble protein were opposite. The activities of peroxidase were decreased with the increasing stress time, while the contents of malondialdehyde were increased firstly, and then decreased. Situations of every physiological index under the different stresses were showed by broken line chart. The changes of physiological Characteristic showed that Leymus chinensis has some characteristics on salt tolerance. Leymus chinensis was a kind of good material to be used to research salt tolerance molecule mechanism.
