摘要
对哈尔滨师范大学松北新校区的室内空气微生物进行检测.在教室、图书馆、食堂、男、女寝室各设一个采样点,用自然沉降法对五个采样点进行采样、培养计数、鉴定等,共检测出细菌11个属,放线菌7个属,各处细菌数从多到少依次为食堂、女寝、教室、男寝、图书馆,放线菌数从多到少依次为女寝、图书馆、男寝、食堂、教室.结果为环境卫生条件的监测和改善提供了理论依据,也为此类研究提供数据及理论基础.
This paper focuses on the estimation on indoor air microorganisms of Harbin Normal University located in the north bank of the Song Hua River,Harbin.Five sample spots of campus are chosen,such as the classroom、the library、the canteen、male dormitory and female dormitory.Sedimentation plate method is adapted during sampling,cultivation,counting and identification.11 genus of bacteria and 7 genus of actinomyces are identified out in all.The magnitude of bacteria,form large to small,is the canteen,the female dormitory,the classroom,the male dormitory and the library,while the sequence of the actinomyces' magnitude is female dormitory,the library,male dormitory,the canteen,the classroom.The results in this paper provide theoretical foundation for environment monitoring, also offer help to other interrelated research.
