植物谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶的分子生物学研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST),这种超家族酶系主要在解毒和对机体有害物质的防御方面发挥作用,是动物、植物和人体代谢过程中的重要酶.对植物中谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶催化机理、分类及其分子生物学研究进展进行了综述. Glutathione S-transferases(GSTs) are a group of enzymes that participate in detoxification and defense mechanisms against toxic carcinogens and other compounds. These enzymes play an important role in metabolism of animal,plant and human carcinogenesis.In this article,we reviewed the catalysing mechanism,the classification and the molecular biology research of GST in plants.
