摘要
对木锉芦荟和开普芦荟植物的根尖细胞染色体进行观察分析.2种芦荟染色体数目均是2n=14,其染色体核型公式分别为k(2n)=2x=14=6 st+8 sm、k(2n)=2x=14=10 st+4 sm,根据核型研究,可以确定百合科木锉芦荟和开普芦荟的染色体基数为x=7.另外,对木锉芦荟和开普芦荟的花粉形态进行研究.
Aloe hutmilis Miller and Aloe ferox Miller belong to Liliaceae Aloe-(genus).In this paper,the chromosome were observed by routine root tip method.The foumulations of the chromosomes karyotype can divide into k(2n)=2x=14=6 st+8 sm,k(2n)=2x=14=10 st+4 sm.There are not acrocentric chromosomes and any satellite chromo some being observed.The chromosome constitution of Aloe ferox Miller and Aloe arboresce Miller are four long and three short.According to the karyotype,we considered chromosome basic number is x=7.Besides,we study the forms of pollen of Aloe hutmilis Miller and Aloe ferox Miller.
