摘要
基于图书馆读者服务中读者意见成因的分析,探讨了读者意见处理流程、处理原则。并结合图书馆服务的典型案例分析,提出建立健全读者意见处理的长效机制。
Based on the analysis on the library readers' advice or opinion,the paper discusses the handling processes and handling principles of library reader's view,and by analyzing the typical case of library services,brings forward to establish and perfect a long-term mechanism to deal with readers advice or opinion.
