摘要
评价主体和评价标准是绩效评价的两大支撑点。作者认为,评价主体中读者的不可或缺性及灵活甄选,以绩效为导向的"读者满意度"指标的合理设计是图书馆人力资源绩效评估工作的一种全新价值取向。作者对此作了进一步思考。
The appraising subject and appraising index are two strong points in performance ap- praisal.The author considers the library readers as appraising subject is necessary,and the perform- ance-oriented appraising index is a new value-orientation of the performance appraisal in human resources of the library.The author gives a further reflection on it.
