从传统参考咨询、数字参考咨询中的异步参考咨询、同步参考咨询以及Web2.0技术在学习与参考资源建设、咨询服务方式的应用等多个方面入手,勾画出图书馆虚拟参考咨询2.0的全景图。
This paper discusses the traditional reference services,digital references of asyn- chronous reference,synchronous reference and the application of web 2.0 technology in learning and reference resources construction,then outlines the'virtual reference 2.0'panorama.
