From Subjectivity to Inter-subjectivity:Exchange of Dialogue Relationship in Library Activities

主体间性理论强调主体与主体之间的相互性和统一性,它的核心在于以交互原则取代主从原则,以对话取代独白。以主体间性理论观照图书馆活动,建构馆员、文献与读者之间共在的主体间性关系。图书馆活动的本质在于主体间基于交往的平等对话,馆员角色应定位于这种多元对话的策动者、组织者、建构者。

Inter-subjectivity stresses on the interaction and unity between the subjects,the core of inter-subjectivity lies in exchange principle not in principal and subordinate principle,in dialogue not in monologue.When we look into the library activities from the point of view of the the- ory of inter-subjectivity,we can see the relationship among the librarian,the literature and the read- ers is a kind of co-existed inter-subjective relationship.The essence of library activities lies in the equal dialogue for communication among subjects,the librarian are as sponsor,organizer and builder of the multiple dialogue.
