摘要
一个单队列两服务台的M /M /2排队系统有两类信元输入。第一类信元较第二类信元具有强占优先权 ,而且对第二类信元实施流量调控。用矩阵几何理论给出了两类顾客的稳态分布的求解方法 。
An M/M/2 queue system with a single queue and two servers is considered. Two kinds of customers flow into the system with the first kind of customers a preemptive priority over the second kind of the customers. The algorithm for calculating the steady state distribution is obtained by using the matrix geometrical theory and an example is given.
